It is a fantasy animal, so you don't have to make it exactly like mine. The tail can look different. Instead of modeling clay, you can try tin foil as you self-commented earlier. Just like I said, put a layer of tissue paper on top... for the glue part, I think you can use school glue. It should work just fine, but it will take much longer for the pinecone needle to stick to the cardboard.

Use clear office tape. Then, glue a layer of newspaper on top with school glue. It will be harder to glue it, but it will work. Later, just glue toilet paper roll pieces. If you don't have hot glue, use school glue. It will take a longer time, but the result will be the same.

I haven't tried using tin foil to make details. I think I should perhaps make a video and blog post about alternatives to modeling clay 🤔 😅 After you shape the face and foot details, cover everything with a layer of wiping paper (you can use kitchen towels, napkins, or even toilet paper itself; it doesn't matter). That way, you'll securely connect all the body parts and have a better surface for the paint to stick to.😉

What are pops? Sorry I didn't understand your question 🙂

@@RSartcraftsdesign pops means plaster of Paris and I have tried to make moon on canvas and this pops are rising from the canvas

@boyratul1 I haven't worked with Plaster of Paris. Do you mean it is drying, and it's falling off? Doesn't it have adhesion to the canvas anymore?

@boyratul1 I used wall putty/spackling paste, I think, is called. It wasn't supposed to be used in a thick layer, so I did have cracks in the middle when it dried. The outer side was fine. So after it all was dry, I used modeling clay to fill the gaps. If I had more that wall puty left, I would have used that. You can try to do the same. Let it dry completely, and then glue all together and fill all the gaps with more pops. I think if you use it in small amounts, it should act as a glue

@The_AJWA_Artist I use capcut to edit my videos. It's a very easy app. There are plenty of tutorials on how to use it.
